The basics of lucid living

This is a step by step guide that will show you that you are in complete control of the reality you live in. You may be skeptical and I wouldn't blame you. But I know that there is enough evidence in my own life to prove that this reality is dream-like, and it has given me the peace and financial abundance I was wanting, so I know it can do the same for you. Your dream is about to get even better, I can guarantee. 

Step 1: Decide what you want. Make a vision board illustrating your ideal. Or write a list of things you desire in terms of finances, love, lifestyle etc. but visualization is best. And actually you are always doing this subconsciously - refining more and more what it is that you truly want. Experiences can help us to do this. So if you're not sure yet what it is you want, keep doing whatever feels best and you will encounter situations that help you refine what you want. At the same time, keep believing that what is happening in the present moment is what you want most. This can be CHALLENGING but trust the process.

Step 2: Trust that whatever you do in every moment is getting you toward your goals as quickly as possible. This can be challenging but taking active steps that are clearly towards the goal is a great place to start. The best way to make something happen is to begin! The best way to convince yourself that you're the best is to make yourself believe you are by repeating out loud that you are, using "I AM" statements. Walk the walk :D


Step 3: Be in a constant flow state - this will take as much time as you allow it to. If you can instantly accept that whatever happens in every moment is the right thing you will never feel upset and your dreams will manifest quickly. I have struggled with this and you may find the process confusing at times just as I have. Emotions are related to the path your life takes. We are all trying our best to make "the right" decisions and sometimes things don't work out the way we had planned right away, for me this has been a trigger to a downward spiral. And it has at times been very challenging picking myself up. But believing that even the "not ideal" situation has a silver lining that turns it into "right thing" will eventually turn into the right thing for yourself according to yourself, in every moment. Just give it a try for even one day and state at least in your mind whenever anything "negative" happens.. this is the right thing and I'm happy. You are training yourself to see things from the perspective of everything going your way. Living this way you will never feel frustrated, stressed, or upset. And your emotional state will begin to improve to the point that you will feel content at all times at the very least. And I'm sure we could all use more contentment in our lives.




And I do still believe that we all should become vegan as fast as possible. Child's minds. We all do love animals.
